Explanation on warranty shipping fee:


Generally speaking, the shipping cost incurred by the product warranty is not covered by the warranty.

Within 30 days of receiving the goods:
We will bear the shipping cost for products returned to the warehouse for maintenance within 30 days.

30 days after receiving the goods:
After 30 days, the shipping cost of returning the product to the warehouse for repair will be borne by the buyer.

The warranty will not apply if any of the following conditions apply.

・When the product warranty expires

・Defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly of the product, or failure to operate in accordance with our company's instruction manuals and manuals, or malfunctions or damages caused by overheating, liquids, or other external factors.

・When the guarantee cannot be presented or if the guarantee is rewritten.

According to the warranty policy, buyers need to return the product before warranty processing. Please comply with the warranty terms, otherwise we have the right not to provide warranty.
Note: If the buyer takes the ordered product to a third-party country, to apply for warranty, the product must also be returned for warranty. If the return warranty is made in a third-party country, the transportation costs or tariffs shall be borne by the buyer.
