No one helped me in this matter. Today, however, I looked through both boxes again, the photovoltaic panel and the charging station, and discovered that the cable I ordered was glued under the black foil on the box with the photovoltaic panel. There was no indication that it was there, and the small bulge did not indicate that something was placed under the foil. So it was found, thank you and I apologize, but such packaging was not very professional. I could have thrown away the box with the cable... Fortunately, everything ended well and I received the complete, ordered goods. Thank you very much. In the future, please pack it inside the box and not tape it on the outside. Now my order is correct, thank you, the equipment is very good and I like it very much. I recommend it to everyone. But I'm deducting one star for this unfortunate shipment and my nerves.
