A very disappointing experience with ALLPOWERS. Unfortunately, my order failed to meet my expectations in several important ways. First of all, I never received the guaranteed gift that was advertised on the website when I placed my order. If a company advertises a gift as part of a promotion, customers reasonably expect to receive it. Secondly, the solar panel arrived with a significant delay. Even worse, instead of the advertised 200W solar panel, I received a 140W model. This is not simply an inconvenience — it is a clear mismatch between what I ordered and what I received. This situation is especially frustrating considering the circumstances in Ukraine. We are going through an extremely difficult period with electricity supply and frequent power outages. Equipment like this is not something people buy for entertainment — it is purchased to help provide basic necessities and power during outages. Therefore, receiving the wrong product and experiencing delivery delays creates real problems. I understand that international shipping can sometimes face difficulties, but customers should not be left to deal with the consequences when the company has failed to fulfill the advertised terms of the order. I expected a much higher level of service and customer care from ALLPOWERS. At this point, unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my purchase and the overall experience. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary effort to resolve the situation properly.
