Item arrived damaged with a dent and a heavily cut box. Internal protection was minimal and not suitable for a fragile product. Likely inadequate packaging, resulting in damage during transport and requiring a return.

Sending, delivering, packing - all was ok. The Solax SE100 looks very value, but till now I could not use. I think, it will work very well, when the sun on my side is shining.
