Shipping Orders
We will processed your order within 48 hours.
Your packages often deliver in 2-7 business days after order processed.
Any message for the order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Free & Time
Free shipping on any order from ALLPOWERS store.
Normally, we will ship the products from local warehouse with free shipping and free tax.
When your place an order from ALLPOWERS website, you will receive the products within 3-5 working days. We will send you an tracking email for you to track.
Actual delivery time depends on logistic conditions.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Where to ship from？
We have warehouses in these locations:
EU: Germany, Poland
We will ship the product based on your destination from the nearest warehouse
Please do not worry, the products will meet you local voltage and pins.
How to ship?
If you place an order with solar panel and portable power station,Accessories, we will divided into 2 or 3 packages.
EU courier：
Portable power station: DPD ,DHL,UPS ,Raben,UPD ,INPOST,(it takes 3-5 working days to deliver)
Solar panels: DHL,DPD,(it takes 3-5 working days to deliver)
Delivery Address
It is essentially important to provide us with complete and correct address. We are unable to change your shipping address once your shipment are prepared or orders are shipped.
If a package was return to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and your package will be re-shipped with additional shipping fee.
You should provide us a daytime telephone number on every order. Sometimes the packages will be returned to ALLPOWERS as it is undeliverable. When the carrier return the undeliverable package to ALLPOWERS, please contact ALLPOWERS customer service to make an agreement for reshipment.
We deliver to the following countries with free shipping:
EU member states: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Latvia,Ireland Estonia,Poland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Hungary,Austria.Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Croatia
Other non-EU countries: Ukraine
Some areas are remote EU countries or non-EU countries, and freight needs to be paid for transportation:
Norway and Switzerland are not EU countries, so freight needs to be paid, Customs duties may also need to be paid.and the transportation costs are relatively high.
Cyprus and Malta are remote island EU countries or regions, and the carrier transportation channels are relatively expensive, so freight needs to be paid, and the transportation costs are relatively high.
Delivery may not be possible in some of the following areas:
Cyprus, Malta although it also belongs to the EU region, but for battery products, carriers such as DPD cannot deliver there.
Italy, France, Portugal，Greece and the external islands of Spain are very remote areas and cannot be sent, we apologize for this.
Therefore, for customers located in the above areas, please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.
