I bought two bs500pro energy storage systems and they just didn't want to work properly. I bought this on my own inniative, because the helpdesk stopped replying to my question on the setup. Everything works perfect now! However I still have R1500 that is broken and should still be under warranty. I'm not being helped anymore... Very dissapointed by the after sales/warranty help.
